Process: How It Works Before, During & After the Shoot

Consultation: Please reach out via the contact form. I will send you a Briefing Questionnaire to understand your needs better.

Proposal: You will receive a detailed proposal, including the cost, deliverables, terms, and deadlines. Once you approve, an invoice will be sent. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% due the day after the shoot.

Preparation & Planning: Once confirmed, we’ll start planning the shoot—finalizing ideas, specific shots, scheduling, and location details. If needed, mood boards, model selection, location scouting, and recommendations for makeup & hairstyling will be arranged. A consultation video call can be scheduled.

Photoshoot Day: The day of the shoot is all about bringing our plan to life. I’ll arrive at the location with professional equipment, guiding poses, adjusting lighting, and ensuring we capture the perfect shots.

After the Shoot:

• Private Gallery: Within 4-6 days, you’ll receive a private gallery to select your favorite photos. Watermarked proofs will be available for selection, with options to purchase additional images if desired.
• Retouching & Delivery: Final retouched images will be delivered within 7-14 days in high resolution via email.
